I'm glad to say I feel safe. The nurses and nurses supervisors has been kind and tended to my family member needs. They listen to me and don’t sweep my issues under the rug like other hostipal staff do. I don’t really mind having to wait in for feedback but I must say staff here at Kindred made sure my needs were met right away, being in this situation I appreciate the communication. All of her needs are fulfilled. Being a very observing person I've notice throughout the hospital housekeeping is on every floor cleaning making sure all of the rooms are clean and detailed. Past experiences at other nursery homes and hospitals they weren't so clean, coming here I was very surprised at the cleanliness. Overall I recommend Kindred.
