Kindred Hospital Chicago Northlake

My stay at Kindred Northlake Hospital was great! I would like to knowledge Connie (RN),for going out of her for me. Getting me coffee for me all time. She was very nice and give me my medication on time. I would like to knowledge Lee (RN), for going out of the way for me. I would like to knowledge Mary (PCT), for changing my bandages all the time and gout out of her way to bring my coffee all the time. I would like to knowledge Cathy (RN), for being very nice and giving me my medication on time. Also, I would like to knowledge Agnes (WC), for always looking and making sure my foot was in good condition. She also help me to understand everything there was to know about treatment of my foot. Last but not least, I would like to knowledge Michael (PRR), for go out of his way to get me coffee all the time. more

I would like to thank the doctors for their care and willingness to answer questions and their personal interest in my progress. more

Amelia was very nice, informative, sourceful and very helpful to discharge and I was happy she made me wait in my question (not urgent) to go respond to a patient who was asking for her help. Patient needs are first. The employers at Kindred are good people. They go above and beyond. Argelius is careful, informative and educated. Veronica is very attentive, talkative and language preference. Heidi is very detail oriented, carful, clean and organized. She's a good and great cleaner. Great!!!! more

My stay at kindred was good. I received bedside therapy and the nursing staff was great with the service they provided. But the one thing I really loved about my stay was the kitchen. The food was so good and they give me a lot of pickles. I would like to thank staff and I would like to especially thank the kitchen for wonderful tasting food and not to leave out my PICKLES! I would like to commend the 7am-7pm PCT Staff especially Mary, Wauconda, and Adora. They are exceptional workers. I will continuing my journey at home. Thank you all for your service and making sure my stay here was wonderful. more

My overall experience at Kindred Northlake was good. The Nurses and PCT's were really extraordinary caring. I can truly say the Nurses and PCT's were concerned about each and every patient who they were assigned to. When you pressed your call light button the Nurses came into your room to answer your request and not only that the Nurses had great manners. I would like to thank each and every staff member for encouraging me and sticking by my side. I'm glad my journey is finally over. Thank you so much Kindred Northlake Family. more

I would like to commend the work of some of Kindred Northlake Nurses, CNA’s, Therapy, Michael and the food department. Michael’s not only does well in his department. Michael assist with helping us fill out the menu. The first week I arrived to Kindred Northlake, He assisted me and asked if I was in need of anything before he left my room. He’s help with water, repositioning and cheerleading to keep me in good spirit. He has gone above and beyond his position to help me and I’m sure he’s did the same exact thing for any other patient that’s here. My mother loves him too. This facility has gain an asset by having a handful of “Michael’s” on their possession. Hurray for Michael at Kindred Northlake. I’ve had many Nurses and CNA’s in my stay at Kindred Northlake and I do not remember them all but I do know that Kindred Northlake would not do well without the nurse Jude on the third floor. Lugene, Tanisha, Christine, Tess, Muhammad, Jesus, Kathy and Deliah, the CNA. I would not have accomplished all I have if it was not for “Mr. B” and “Vee” from Therapy. They are God sent! I may have forgotten a few outstanding staff members but the good ones always stay in my mind. Mrs. Cruz more

Marcine is really good with me. And my nurse Alex is really good as well. No one has done a better job than those two when taking care of me. Also I really like Maggie from rehab, she is patient and very kind. She takes her time with me. I also like Kelly from rehab and Rob even though he's a student. Ms. Danaher more

My cousin has been really happy here. The staff treats her really good. She loves physical therapy with Erica and the crew. I like how the nurses talk with you and keep you informed. They have taken really good care of my cousin. more

Kindred is a great facility. Specializing in wound care, rehab, and respiratory care. The building is well kept. The staff are kind and caring. more
