After 20+ years the staff and Dr. Katz always provide the best customer service. I do not have to guess what kind of experience I will have, because it is consistently the best. I will not go anywhere else. more

Excellent in all areas. The staff is wonderful. They are competent and very kind. The office runs on schedule yet I've never felt rushed. Dr. Katz is amazing. I have great confidence in his care and treatment. more

Disappointed 8/16/2011

My appt was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and I requested to be seen by Dr. Katz when I made the appt. I did not get out of there until 12:45 and was not seen by Dr. Katz. I have never had an experience like this at this office and I've been going there for years. more

Absolutely Awesome 8/14/2011

Haven't been to the eye Doc in over 10 years. In & out in an hour due to the high tech equipment he uses, Doc was an actual human who speaks in non-medical terms... He was well versed on not only my eyes but any medications I take which may affect my vision. He actually caught something I never would of even asked my general doctor about! The staff was just as good! Not to mention, Saturday hours. more

Not what i expected 8/13/2011

They have all this new technology which at first I thought was great; until they increased the prescription to one of my eyes when it was not needed. My vision was off and I felt out of balance because I could not see clearly out of one eye. When I let Dr. Katz know he looked at my eye with the new contacts on and told me that the lens was just greasy and did not adjust my RX. The Dr. at TSO needs to listen to their patience instead of relying on technology to do all the work. more

A new look 8/11/2011

Dr. Katn office was recommend to me by a daughter. I was told they had a great sellection of glasses. A very nice young lady helped me pick out a really cool frame for my new glasses...one I probably would not have had the courage to do on my own. I know I will love it! more

The experience as always was wonderful for both my mom and myself. My mother is hearing impaired and they all that very good care of her. Doctor K and Cindy know that she doesn't half wear her hearing aids and they are very mindful of that. I live 50 miles from Galveston. Doctor Katz was the only doctor I didn't change. more
