I have been going to Dr. Katz for years and I like them alot. My appointment went fine. I just don't understand how my insurance coverage is used. I went from going to pay $10 to $70 for my visit. I was told one plan was used due to my condition but the other plan was also used to pay overages. more

The staff at TSO were all very helpful and polite. Dr. Katz was very helpful in explaining the test and reasoning for test. I had my first eye exam from TSO one year ago. I was so impressed with the technology and informative staff I decided to return this year. Again I felt no part of my eyes were left unseen. The explantion of the images and and test results were extremely helpful. I will recommend this facility to anyone seeking eye care. more

Dr. Katz is the best. Parking is the only problem. It got especially exciting when I went to add money to the meter and the lady told me to move, or I would be towed! She did give me time to go back in and settle up. When I told the staff I had to go NOW they got me out within 5 minutes. more

I have never had such gracious, excellent service. Sherry helped me select frames and educated me on the whys and hows of choosing and buying eyewear. I chose my first pair ever from the first two pair that Sherry selected for me personally. Totally unusual and beautiful selections that are fun and a must consider. Everyone was very nice and smiling. more

A very good experience 10/7/2011

I had never been to the office before, but I had an eye emergency, and they took me in, set me up, and the doctor saw me in about 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and gave me a disposable contact for my prescription, and the cost was very reasonable. I really appreciated the service and all the nice people. more
