They have all this new technology which at first I thought was great; until they increased the prescription to one of my eyes when it was not needed. My vision was off and I felt out of balance because I could not see clearly out of one eye. When I let Dr. Katz know he looked at my eye with the new contacts on and told me that the lens was just greasy and did not adjust my RX. The Dr. at TSO needs to listen to their patience instead of relying on technology to do all the work.
