Run away...fast as you can... 8/23/2011

I recently purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Laramie from this dealership and it was by far the worst experience I've had at any dealership. The salesperson knew nothing of the truck or about it in any way. I then had to deal with Mike and another guy that sits up in the tower of power in the middle of the showroom floor. These guys were a special kind of bad salesmen. They literally do not want your business and I bought out of necessity only due to not having a vehicle to drive to work on monday. They came off the price $47 dollars....almost like a joke. Then my wife asks them to make popcorn for my kids...and the salesmen start eating it when it's ready. We weren't offered anything...no drink...no nothing. The finance manager didn't even say hello to me when I walked in the room. A-holes of a special kind. Even found out that the Ram I bought had a motor replacement that they said there was no need for them to disclose to me...beware!!! more

Definitely Recommend 8/19/2011

Yesterday I went in to look at a truck I had seen advertised online, and it was just as described. Of course all dealers are alike in how they do business, but I had a great experience. The salesman Daniel got me a little lower interest rate than I had been quoted form my bank, so I went with that. It was absolutely the most truck for the lowest price around, and I've been shopping. I didn't even intend to purchase the vehicle, but since it was what I wanted there was no reason to put it off. If you're serious about a good vehicle for a good price check them out. I will be back to get my son's first car form them in a few months. more

bad customer service 8/9/2011

I drove from Spartanuburg SC to get a truck from Kernersville Dodge i seen on the web. I get there and dirve the truck and it is not all that they said it was but not to bad. and i have 3 hours of drive time so i get the truck, after a 3 hour drive home the next day Im looking over the truck and i see that i have no manual for the truck, i have no wheel jack or tools, the horn or back up sencers dont work and my trailer light and brakes. i take the truck to my dealer in spartanburg and they tell me that the turck had no fuzzes in the box. I called Kernersville Dodge and they say that they could not do anything about this. i would will never never go back to the dealer. more

No pressure , best deal the area 7/26/2011

I do alot of driving and I was racking up the miles on the car I was driving. I started looking for a used car about 2 months ago. Drove alot of cars at several dealers in the area. Never thought about a new car at all untill I came to KCD , was surprised at the intrest rate I got and what I got on my trade in. The salesman , Chris , was very helpful and did not mind me driving the cars I wanted to drive and answered all my questions that I had. Overall a very good experiance and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will back in 3 or 4 years when I trade this one in! more

Very easy going dealership 7/20/2011

Purchased a 2010 Chrysler Sebring at an excellent price. The salesman was very polite and friendly and was willing to let my wife and I take our time even though it was getting late. Easy to work with, price I seen on the internet was the price I got. Also got a much lower interest rate financing through the dealership and Truliant than our pre approval rate at another credit union. I would recommend at least letting them see if they can get you a better rate, no harm in trying. more

Purchased Used Diesel truck 7/20/2011

I drove over one hundred miles to look at a few different trucks that were advertised. I had talked to a salesperson the day prior and told they were in stock. When I got to the store I was a little disapointed bythe condition of the trucks compared to what I had read and was told on the phone. I slipped and said I wanted one of the trucks before negotiating the price. So they would not budge. I didn't really care because it's the style truck I had been looking for for months. But then the usual that you get from a dealer. They charge a high DOC fee $499 for those that don't know that's pure profit and can be as low or high as a dealer wants it. Then the finance guy tried to sell an outrageously high warranty for $2600 for 2 years of covarage and said I was getting it at cost. You would have to be an idiot or expect the vehicle to fall apart soon to purchase a warranty that cost this much. Anyway I felt it was the same ol crap that the dealers give. I went there knowing what I wanted to spend and spent it. Financing was a point plus higher than my credit union but my pre approval had expired so I'll just pay it off next week. more

What a great experience! Today I went in and ended up buying a used Dodge, and this was the best dealer I've worked with so far. They really worked with the bank to get me financed, and I got a payment I could afford... which I thought would be impossible. Overall I have to say I'd recommend them to anyone. more

This turned out to be a very good car buying experience. The sales folks and office staff that I worked with through out the whole process were extremely friendly, and seemed to care about making the deal work for me. As others have said, everyone is very laid back and there was no pressure. Very good and constant communication. more

Unethical Business Practices 7/7/2011

This dealership will not honor the advertised price of for a vehicle as depicted on carsdotcom & their own website. When we called to inquire, put down a deposit, for the sale price as advertised, they said they'd phone back in 10 minutes. In that 10 minutes they changed the dealer advertised price. These practices by this dealer do NOT demonstrate 100% ethical business practices. more

I was expecting the worst, but they have a satisfied customer now. I almost didn't go even see the car I saw advertised, but the price was so good I thought I'd try them out. The salesman, Dave, ended up being fantastic and even the manager was pretty nice. Would recommend them to anyone. more

Very Pleased! 6/30/2011

I went in earlier today to look at a used car and it's parked in my driveway, never thought it would be that easy. I had read some negative reviews, but their prices were so low I decided to check them out. The salesperson was really nice, but I was a little apprehensive when the Sales Manager came over. He was laid back and didn't pressure me in any way. They were fairly firm on the price, but they worked with me on the financing so that it ended up being very affordable. I'm just very satisfied, and would recommend them to everyone. more

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep is an awesome dealership with excellent customer service. I purchased my pre-owned 2008 Lexus IS 250 in July 2010. My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have now had the vehicle for over seven months, and love it more everyday. People always comment on how nice the vehicle is and think it is brand new. I have been back to the dealership for service and have a great experience with the service department as well. I would recommend KCDJ to anybody looking for a great pre-owned vehicle. more
