I recently purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Laramie from this dealership and it was by far the worst experience I've had at any dealership. The salesperson knew nothing of the truck or about it in any way. I then had to deal with Mike and another guy that sits up in the tower of power in the middle of the showroom floor. These guys were a special kind of bad salesmen. They literally do not want your business and I bought out of necessity only due to not having a vehicle to drive to work on monday. They came off the price $47 dollars....almost like a joke. Then my wife asks them to make popcorn for my kids...and the salesmen start eating it when it's ready. We weren't offered anything...no drink...no nothing. The finance manager didn't even say hello to me when I walked in the room. A-holes of a special kind. Even found out that the Ram I bought had a motor replacement that they said there was no need for them to disclose to me...beware!!!
