I travel from southport, even though there are others in my area because I trust Kennedy's abilities and reliability.

Worst

when issues were identified without resolution, upsell was the alternative. New battery, tires, brakes.

At the recommendation of a neighbor, I started taking my car to Kennedy. I have found the service personnel to do a much better job than the local dealer. more

Review of work, Jan. 5-7 1/8/2015

We all have "good days" and "bad days". The work done this week took much too long for what was done; numerous mistakes to correct. The cost was appropriate, but it was disappointing that it took 3 days to complete what should have been a 1-day job. I am a dedicated customer, however, and will return, make referrals, and continue to patronize you. This was a "bad day." more

Fantastic troubleshooting skills 12/24/2014

I took my van to another auto repair facility several times and was suspicious of their diagnosis and pricing. I took it to Kennedy's and they kept my van for 2 days and came up with a diagnosis that made perfect sense and their prices were excellent. I will be bringing my truck to them from now on as well. Thanks guys. more
