I travel from southport, even though there are others in my area because I trust Kennedy's abilities and reliability.

Worst

when issues were identified without resolution, upsell was the alternative. New battery, tires, brakes.

Radiator cap was left off & I was lucky that it was not lost while driving. Fluid was splashing on the battery. more

Pleasantly Surprised 1/28/2014

I took my car to Kennedys for the first time for the annual inspection, anticipating the worst. Being a woman I have been victimized in the past by car repair places who have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I will definitely be using Kennedys for future car maintenance because when I left I felt I was given good service for a fair price and given recommendations on what to do over the next few weeks to assess whether a sound I was hearing was one I had to have serviced. more

Jeep service 1/9/2014

Drew did a great job providing me with a list of areas that could be serviced. He gave me the option of choosing which I wanted done now and which could be postponed to a later date. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that while I knew the driver's door window had a problem, not attempting to open/close it wasn't a problem for me. I don't know who decided to open the window, but now it I have to get it fixed soon since the actuator has apparently dislodged itself from the glass. I currently have a wedge in place holding the window up. more

I had my oil changed at Kennedy and they went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle was properly tuned. It was beyond simply filling my fluids. They even went on a test drive to make sure my transmission was properly functioning. more

Our 2004 Mazda was repaired by Kennedy Automotive and it now runs like new! They do a great job letting us know what needs to be fixed now and what preventative maintenance could be done. They're very honest, efficient and professional and we'll definitely be back! more

Please check your records 10/5/2013

My mother's 1999 Camry has been with Kennedy Auto for more than 10 years. After having a state inspection done I was told my tires were going bad and I needed a new timing belt. What a shock when I had bought both a timing belt and tires from Kennedy's in the last 2 years and had less than 10,000 miles since these purchases. Please check your records before you start making recommendations. It was very upsetting and not professional. more
