I travel from southport, even though there are others in my area because I trust Kennedy's abilities and reliability.

Worst

when issues were identified without resolution, upsell was the alternative. New battery, tires, brakes.

Outstanding Service 3/17/2016

I was concerned there was damage to the front steering rack. The guys checked it out (it was nothing major), performed a front end alignment and repaired a leaking seal. Service was prompt and reasonable. more

Great Service! 3/7/2016

Kennedy Automotive was great! From the start they listened to all my concerns and service issues- and scheduled me quickly! Through the entire process they kept me informed about what they had found, what they would recommend- and were not pushy or "selling" anything. I was offered drop-off and pick-up service to my job (in the area). There was an issue they felt would fall under a repair warranty- and offered to get in touch with someone next door (Gerber) to give them a heads up about the problem. I would definitely recommend them! Its nice to have an automotive repair place that you can trust. more

Kennedy Automotive always gives us friendly, accurate, direct answers to our car issues and also great customer service. We decided to wait on an expensive fix until later and we felt no pressure to do otherwise. We will use Kennedy for all our car maintenance needs. more

Fast and efficient, as always. 2/27/2016

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car, just that it was making a load roaring noise. The staff at Kennedy determined that it was the air conditioning clutch and compressor. Not an inexpensive repair, but they got it done quickly and apparently effectively. I'm back on he road, no roar and the AC works. more
