We all have "good days" and "bad days". The work done this week took much too long for what was done; numerous mistakes to correct. The cost was appropriate, but it was disappointing that it took 3 days to complete what should have been a 1-day job.
I am a dedicated customer, however, and will return, make referrals, and continue to patronize you. This was a "bad day."
