I travel from southport, even though there are others in my area because I trust Kennedy's abilities and reliability.

Worst

when issues were identified without resolution, upsell was the alternative. New battery, tires, brakes.

Honest, Detail-Oriented and Highly-Impressed with the great work ethic. 11/14/2015

Our vehicle has had an issue for years that several local repair shops could not figure out what was wrong. Finally, Kennedy's Automotive Services has detected the problem and fixed it. I really value the honesty and integrity that they have since I am a mom of 2 young kids in diapers and on a tight budget so we had to really trust them. Other repair shops charged us a lot of money for repairs that did not correct the problem and we were out of luck but I know Kennedy's stand behind their work. I will be bringing brownies and a Diet Pepsi for Jay. Thank you, we really appreciate all your hard work and your time. more

Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable 10/14/2015

I have a 2005 Ford F350 with 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel. It's extremely hard to find a shop that will work on it, much less find one with in-house experts. Saw the sign while passing by their shop that Kennedy Automotive works on my particular diesel engine and decided to stop and get my vehicle worked on there. I'm very glad that I did now. Their staff was excellent and with their in-house Powerstroke Diesel expertise, i'll certainly never take my vehicle anywhere else for service again. more

Excellent knowledge and capabiities 8/8/2015

Don't mind paying the top dollar for excellent service, but want what has been done to my vehicle adequately explained. "Supply Charges" is listed and added to the bill in the final compilation of charges but in my recent invoice was quite a large charge of $43.73 but nowhere in the "upper" portion of the bill was it adequately described as Labor, Parts, or What??? Recommend that you correct this problem in your billing so that you don't appear as someone trying to "hide" charges in an invoice. more

We have a range of cars from almost new to very old and Kennedy's has done a great job servicing all of them. I recently needed service on short notice before going out of town, and they got the work done very quickly. The website is easy to use to make appointments and keep track of previous work.
