My 2013 Santa Fe Lemon 11/18/2013

My 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe went in to the shop with 2800 miles and the motor was damaged internally the job was sent to a machine shop instead of factory repaired. Got the vehicle back after a month and the paint was chipped off and side skirts damaged. Contacted Hyundai of North America and the General Manager Dwayne Moser both said its not there problem. Terrible service and car came out of service worse than is went in. more

Oil drips after oil chg. 11/16/2013

Super customer service! There is a problem with the oil chg. procedure - as the old oil drains, some accumulates in the pan under the engine. It then drips on my drive/garage floor for several days. This pan should be flushed with a solvent after the draining is done. more

I love the service I receive when I take my car to Keffer Hyundai. I went to Walmart one time to get an oil change (because I had a coupon) and then promptly had to take my car into Keffer Hyundai to fix what damage Walmart's service had caused. I even found out that they will match any competitors coupons/offers. This is great news because I am always trying to save money. In addition, the general atmosphere at Keffer Hyundai is welcoming and everyone is very helpful. They really know how to take care of their customers and their service is incomparable. more

Need service work done? Ask for Vince Deloreto! We've been a customer since 2007 and he is always cheerful, goes out of his way to explain things and gives us an honest answer with a fair price. Once he even put one of our older cars up on the lift and personally showed us the hidden damage so that we could make a solid decision to invest in the repair or sell it. We have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles with Keffer and we highly value Vince's opinion. more

While the sales experience a year and a half ago was pretty painless, everything since then has been a terrible experience.\r \r After buying the car they recommended a company to tint the windows - my 3 year old daughter could have done a better job, and when I complained I didn't get much in the way of improvement and the company they recommended were always late or not available to try to fix things.\r \r Yesterday I took the car in for a warranty fix of the gas indicator. They told me it would take ""approximately an hour"" so I waited - I ended up stuck in the dealership for 3 and a half hours! When I got the car back it smelled like someone had doused the back seat with gas. The smell wasn't gone 24 hours later so I called and rather than get an apology someone told me that gas had probably got spilled on the carpet and they would try to fit me in if I go there and clean it up - I expect them to do it first time round, not expect me to drive 20 miles out of my way for unnecessary follow up visits.\r \r To add insult to injury, they had obviously taken my daughter's car seat out without letting me know. When I went to put her in it this morning it was put back in but with the straps not tightened and all twisted up. They may not care about their own kids' safety, but they have no right to endanger my child's life by installing a car seat in a dangerous way.\r \r Don't go here. Don't buy a car from them and certainly don't expect good service. more

Keffer Hyundai and the service staff team are the BEST!!! I give the Keffer Hyundai service team 5 Star rating. I have visited other Hyundai dealers in the area and the Keffer Hyundai Service team stand above the rest.With friendly staff like Linda and Vince Keffer Hyundai service is the Best in my book. I would not take my Hyundai or any of my others cars any where else but to Keffer Hyundai. I have used their service center for 5 years now. I plan on buying my new Hyundai Elantra later this year when the new model comes out.I have also sent friends and family to Keffer Hyundai for sales and service and they all agree with me that Keffer Hyundai is the BEST HYUNDAI dealer in town. more

We bought our Hyundai Santa Fe from Keffer Hyundai so when I needed it serviced for "an engine issue", I took it there. I wasn't impressed with their service. The man in charge seemed a little too "slick" to me and I waited around much longer than they said it was going to be to get it fixed. I'd give them a C- for customer-friendliness. more
