I have had absolutely no problems getting my car serviced at Keffer. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships screwing me over routinely. Keffer isn't that kind of dealership. more

Best of the Best 1/29/2014

Having been Mercedes, Lincoln and Lexus owner prior to purchasing my Genesis, I must tell you that you guys rank right up there with them. Vince, Shawn and the rest of the crew take care of my vehicle and myself as if it were their own and that type service is usually reserved for the so called "higher end" vehicles. It is noticed and appreciated. more

Great Service Experience 1/26/2014

Keffer service personnel are great to work with. My auto phone was not holding its directory. They explained a radio replacement was needed and we scheduled for 1/28 under warantee. The service writer explained all the items and the cost for the routine maintenance. All was as agreed. I was surprised at the free loaner and was able to keep my regular schedule. Very helpful. Definitely will come back. more

Friendly and helpful staff 1/15/2014

Very Fast Service 1/15/2014

I went for an oil chnge and was told my car would be ready in about an hour. I made a cup of coffee and before i could finish, my service advisor came and told my car was ready. I was mad i didn't get to sit in those comfy recliners they have and watch TV for a while. more

Warranty service maintenance 1/7/2014

I showed up at the service department at 2:30 on a Saturday to have a battery replaced under warranty. I was expecting a very long wait. Vince and his service team quickly identified the problem, accepted the car and had me rolling down the road in under an hour with a new battery. I was so impressed in the quality of the service team and cleanliness of the service area. I have always been impressed with Keffer Hyundai and will continue to recommend people to be WOW'ed by their products and service. more

Great Experience 12/7/2013

This Hyundai is a great location to go to. The people are great here. Waiting room is comfy and clean. Could use a little improvement on the time... I was there a little longer than I had expected just to get a stop lamp put in, when I had a schedule appointment. But wouldn't hold it against them... They still did an amazing job!! Will go back to this location!! more
