Could have been better 6/17/2014

I was satisfied that the problem was diagnosed accurately but the servic needs work, I was not provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was been repaired and my calls where not returned in reference to the completion of my vehicle I was always told they were busy and would call back and never did not being provided a loaner was a huge inconvience and the call back needs work. more

watch for misc service charges 6/14/2014

I had a dashboard clock installed & in additon to the standard labor costs there was a misc. charge for waste/parts that seemed to be inappropriate more

They are immediate in their attendance to you, make you feel welcome and follow up promptly on all matters regarding your service appointment. They appear to do all they can to minimize waiting time including final payment processing (paperwork) after servicing. more
