I really enjoyed the experience at Keffer Hyundai. They greeted me upon arrival and immediately asked how they could help. They then gave me an estimated time that an oil change and inspection would be complete. Not sure how they did it, but they finished right on time. Everything was completed well beyond my personal expectations. This is why I will come here for every car repair. more

Its nice to be able to call and get the same service manager to help you and he remembers you. Takes the time to explain what you do need and what you can hold off on for the time. more

Friendly and Helpful 6/27/2014

Matt went out of his way to have my brakes checked by two service associates just to confirm there was nothing wrong with them. I only came in for a routine oil chance, and walked out feeling they took care of my car - they even went the extra mile to fulfill a request I made (that they did NOT have to do) to remove the goo from a personal sticker I removed a week prior. Everyone I encountered at Keffer was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will certainly return for all of my service needs. more
