I am so pleased with the services at Karen Allen Salon and Spa. I have been a customer for the past 7 years. You can't go wrong with any of their services! I absolutely love their spa services they are the best at everything they do. The personnel are courteous, friendly and extremly professional. I will not go any where else .. more

Manicure 11/28/2011

Shawna gave me a great manicure. Unfortunately, everyone was running late by 30 minutes. I had to change my manicure to an express manicure because I didn't have the time for a full one. I love the salon and my manicure, express though it was, turned out very well. Tena Petix more

First Visit 11/28/2011

My first visit was a great experience. I've been looking for a new salon because I had a bad experience with my prior salon. Bri was my stylist and she knew exactly what I wanted. Arial helped out with the massage which was amazing. I am definitely returning to the salon and referring family and friends. It's is a little bit pricey but well worth it. more

Poor Work 11/26/2011

I visited 2 Karen Allen Salons in Riverside(2nd time was a redo)both hair dressers were very nice, but did a very poor job. I specifically asked for golden brown, and they dyed my hair very dark brown(almost black). I was very unhappy with the service, and informed them that I did not like it, they did nothing to make-up for the poor work. I would not recommend it to anyone. more

Thank you Erin for another great visit wonderful cut, color and pedi. It's always such a pleasure to come in to relax and be pampered for a bit. The entire staff at the salon are always fun to be around and help me shop for that extra little gift or splurge on myself. Love it! Love all of you! only 3 weeks left till my next appointment! First Visit 11/22/2011

Last night was my first time at the Aveda salon, I was not sure what to expect but as soon as i walked in i was attended by smiling faces. Bri was the stylist that did my hair color and did an amazing job. My hair feels and looks great! Ariel also helped out with the massage which was exceptional. I am definitely going back and will refer friends to the salon. It's a little pricey but well worth it. more

I've been visiting Karen Allen for years and no matter what Riverside loction I go to, what stylist or beautician I have, I always have a positive, relaxing experience. I've used Karen Allen for nail services, cut & color and waxing. Plus it always smells so good inside- how can you not love it?! I always recommend KA to friends. more

Polite, Very Welcoming and made sure to accommodate to my ever need and didn't try sucker me into anything i didn't want to do or spend. Helped extend my knowledge in what was best and why it was for my hair. LOVED IT! more

longest day ever 11/14/2011

I arrived at the salon at 10:30 and left at 3:30 for color and highlights. It was the longest day ever. I got the worst hair cut I have ever had. The "master sylest" came over to check on my request and blew my concerns off. I had to go the next day to have it fixed. The stylist that did my hair was good with the color but VERY slow. She should not be cutting hair. more

Loving my hair cut 11/13/2011

It was our first time there for me and my 15 yr old daughter. The massage was great followed by a gentle wash ;) it made my headache go away. I'm very happy with the outcome of the hair style.. She made me look like Kim kardashian xoxo more
