I love Karen Allen Salon and Spa Riverside. I go to Ashley every 5 weeks. She is great!!! It is always so calm and relaxing. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I am so glad I found a place to go for services that makes me feel so comfortable!! more

I love the people who work at Karen Allen... It is a laid back, no push, place with lots of very knowledgeable staff. Veronica is the BOMB for massages and I love Maria for doing my hair. more

Whenever I go to Karen Allen, I feel pampered! Whether getting a massage (Veronica) or a haircut (Kajani), I leave happy with my service and the individual care I receive. I also like that they're an Aveda salon, meaning that the products that they use are better for me and the planet. And if a product doesn't work, they're happy to return or exchange it. Five stars. more

Nice Salon Been to Better 6/7/2011

I have been going for several years. I am disappointed in front desks lack of customer service. It is a hit and miss with them. I have noticed lately that they have been double booking my master stylist, which means I end of waiting in between her working on another person. I pay senior rates which just went up. I left my previous salon because they were doing the same thing. Not acceptable!! I've asked the front desk to not do that. They still do it. It's the only one that is close and I really like my hairstylist...if it wasn't for her I would not go there. more

Overall great salon experience 6/7/2011

Being a client for about 10 years. This is one of the classiest salons in the area. Very friendly staff and talented hairstylists, estheticians, etc. in an upscale environment. Ashley (Esthetician) really takes pride in her work, she's very thorough and makes you feel comfortable throughout your procedure. Brooke (master sylist) has always been able to give me just the right haircut and style while making my visit fun and feeling well taken care of. more

Everything was delightful. Everyone there was so considerate and helpful. Free neck and arm massages were very welcome. My stylist was careful to check everything out with me--prices, style, color--much appreciated, and a great haircut and color. Only complaint was it all took twice as long as at my former salon, but I imagine as we get used to each other this time will decrease. more

Love it! 5/30/2011

This is my second time going for a trim. My hair is very damaged and processed from previous coloring and highlighting and Kristen did a conditioning treatment and trim and left it feeling soooo much better while still keeping my hair long!! She's the best! I'll be seeing her again in six weeks. more

Karen Allen Spa Rocks 5/27/2011

I had my second appointment at Karen Allen spa in the Riverside Plaza. It was fantastic. I had Master Stylist, Maria, color and cut my hair. The color came out perfect and the cut was adorable! I was offered a complimentary hand and arm massage and a foot bath while I waited. I left relaxed and felling great. I immediately made my next appointment. more
