I visited 2 Karen Allen Salons in Riverside(2nd time was a redo)both hair dressers were very nice, but did a very poor job. I specifically asked for golden brown, and they dyed my hair very dark brown(almost black). I was very unhappy with the service, and informed them that I did not like it, they did nothing to make-up for the poor work. I would not recommend it to anyone.
