It is amazing to me how you can go into an operation and find ten guys working in there, with 3 of the guys up front, and all of them act exactly like the owner does, which is excellent. I've known the owner of Karco Specialties for a long time, and he has done a tremendous job. Everybody operates exactly like him. You couldn't run a cleaner and better operation than he does. Even though he has ten mechanics working, when you go inside it is immaculate. I am even more impressed with the operation of the business, and I wish in my business my employees would emulate me like they do the owner at Karco Specialties. It is really amazing the operation he has there.
