My representative was Christopher. He kept me informed through the whole process. I was upset to hear how much the service work was going to cost but Christopher could not have done more to help me find savings along the way. He was great to work with. I was told I should have shopped around but Kirkwood Auto has been my choice since I bought the car and have your staff has not let me down so far. more

Kirkwood Auto has been servicing my cars for many years. The staff has always taken the time to understand my layman's explanation of problem issues and work toward a solution. They have adjusted the normal maintenance schedules to fit my driving habits and ensured my car gets the proper service in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. more

it is never fun to spend money for mainteance, however knowing my car is up to speed for safety and reliabity gives me peace of mind. It is not cheap,but it is reasonable and the people and quality of work performed on our vechiles for the past twelve years is excellant. more
