I found K9s Only last year, just after they opened. I was happy to find them because, living in the Valley, I didn?t have many boarding options. Every time I?ve gone, and there have been many (I travel for my job), both my dogs have come back very happy, and eager to return. I was a bit surprised by some of the bad reviews, so, even though it?s not something I normally do,(Because, who has time to write reviews these days!) I decided to write a review. But I thought this might be helpful to someone else, in my position, who?s looking for a great boarding and training facility. Every time I dropped off or picked up my two dogs (I have a little 5 lb mutt named Greta and a Golden Lab named Leo?) I have been treated very kindly (And I?m not a celeb!). My dogs are happy and the staff who works there are devoted to their care. Sung, the groomer is so gentle and sweet. Greta can be VERY shy at times and Sung never pushes her. I took Greta to a different groomer one week because Sung was closed on Wednesday and though Greta came back clean, she was shaking with fear. I don?t know what they did to her, but I NEVER encountered that with Sung. Bobby is a genuine dog lover. He?s got a heart full of gold (I was so impressed with his work saving dogs in Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina). He?s an excellent trainer and really knows his stuff. He has a great training staff as well. Sharon is a gem and both my dogs love her and Bobby. I had some aggression issues with Leo and after the training; my family and I were amazed by the transformation. It took some practice to get my kids, husband and I on the same page, but once we did, Leo was working with us just as well as he worked with Bobby and Sharon. I highly recommend K9s Only. Check it out for yourself!
