Okay. I did not like my experience taking my dog to K9s Only. Nothing dramatic happened, no injuries or such though my dog did come home with worms and nobody had told me about that. The place looks great and smells clean and the owner is a hell of a salesman. I felt pressured into leaving my dog for training instead of leaving him for 4 days boarding. He would not take No for an answer! I did not appreciate that. When I asked about how much time the dogs get to interact and play every single staff member gave me a different answer. I asked how long they had worked there and appearantly K9s Only has extremly high turn-around. Boarding and Daycare dogs seem to use the same play yard and I was told they go in groups not all at once - that leaves how much play time per dog? My dog was on pins and needles coming home so I'd say not enough. They are not offering any of the group classes on their website, only in kennel training. And the owners swears on those spike collars but as I understand it the training is done by his trainers not really him who advertises 20 years of experience on the website, the two trainers I met seemed very inexperienced. No, it's shiny and clean and all aimed at making the people feel less guilty about leaving their dogs but I think next time I'm getting a pet sitter. And I surely would not let these guys train my dog. Just my 2 cent. Pros: Appearantly Clean, Easy Access Cons: Conflicting Info, Inexperienced Staff, More Sales than Care for Dogs
