My name is Sharon and I am the Training Manager at K9s Only. It is true, and I have never kept this from my clients, that I have less than 3 years experience training dogs in a professional setting. Over these years working with Bobby Dorafshar I have accumulated hands-on experience working with over 300 dogs and over 2000 hours observing dog behavior. The first rule of training a dog is to love it, and to make it love you; in order for the training to transfer to the owner the dog must be educated and learn to make decisions; in order for the dog to learn it must not be under stress (physical or mental); a good trainer never hits, never uses physical force, and never ever yells or raises her voice; both the trainer and the dog must learn patience; the dogs must learn that when they listen they will be loved and praised (this is the only way to ensure the training will last); and above all else, the dogs must leave K9s Only being happier and healthier than when they came in.
Pros: TRAINING WITH LOVE, HEALTH BENEFITS, INTELLIGENT CARING STAFF
Cons: Please let us know if you find any; we are constantly trying to improve.
