Avoid hiring this company. We were told by the technician that they'd have our dishwasher repaired in 2 weeks. That was 4 months ago. They took our check for $127 and never ret...

Friendly, knowledgeable techs who explained the issue and what they were going to do to correct it. On repair day, the tech went the extra mile to troubleshoot the water pressure issue with my refrigerator, which was not the original issue. more

Dryer not repaired as expected 1/2/2017

I have been debating about sending a review for several months because I feel bad that it is negative. We found Just Appliance on line when looking for a place to repair our dryer. The dryer wasn't that old so we opted for repair vs new purchase. Darius is a very nice person but I was disappointed in the outcome. The dryer was making a very loud banging noise and intermittent squeaking. Darius replaced one drum roller (he obviously only had one in his vehicle) when 2 should have been replaced. He gave me the one roller that was replaced. We were charged for 2- there was still a "less loud" banging noise which I believe was the roller he didn't have with him to replace. The squeaking continued. When he said he would do a maintenance check for $39.95 (I agreed) I thought that would include lubricating parts in addition to the vacuuming that he did (my assumption). I called asking if both rollers were replaced but didn't get a direct answer. As far as the squeaking, Darius offered to replace a part (can't recall name) but I said I didn't want to put more money into dryer. Then he offered to lubricate that part but I didn't want any more visits for the dryer. Total bill $357.40 (2 drum rollers 39.88, maintenance check 39.95) + $10 tip which could have been put toward a new dryer. We are sorry to read that you were not quite satisfied with your repair, but glad that though you rejected the options given to you, the technician did his best to address the issues you brought to our attention. Just Appliance Repair eventually got the job done. I had quite a bit of back and forth with them and at the end we were absolutely satisfied. That about sums up my experience with them. more

The technician that came out was very professional and courteous while he was here, and as far as the work goes he did an excellent job with all we needed. Overall good experience 11/9/2016

Just Appliance Repair came in and did a good job. They showed up on time and got the work done. The final cleanup could've been better, there was some rust that was left on the floor where the washer and dryer units are. This was my first time using Just Appliance repair, my regular handyman doesn't work on LG appliances. I figured a pump was damaged in the washing machine and the worker confirmed what I thought with his diagnosis. He got the work done quickly, replaced the pump and put it back together. After everything was replaced, the worker asked if I had a towel to clean up some rust that had been left on the ground during the job. I would've thought he would've had his own. Everything works great. I think I could've found the part for cheaper online, but overall I was fine with the work and the cost. more

I hired Just Appliance Repair to take a look at the refrigerator. He determined that we need a new ice maker and control panel. I liked that he was very efficient, very pleasant and got right to the point. I will be replacing my refrigerator. more

They are not calling me back, I don't know what happened. 9/9/2016

I don't really know what to think of Just Appliance Repair. The service was great at first but when they came in to give me the estimate the fridge was making a loud noise so they gave me a new fan. Now, the fridge itself is not getting cold so I put a call in and he came in and checked it and he said the cooling problem it had nothing to do with the fan that they changed. So, I said okay and they said they would call me to give me an estimate because the problem was the thermostat. I tried some tips he gave me and that didn't work, so, I called them back because he was supposed to call me back with an estimate and he didn't and they still haven't gotten back to me. They said that I had to pay them up front before the service was done and after I called them I feel very unhappy with what I did. I just don't know what happened, I just know the fridge was working before and now I'm inconvenienced. Just not calling me back, doesn't seem right.
