I have been debating about sending a review for several months because I feel bad that it is negative. We found Just Appliance on line when looking for a place to repair our dryer. The dryer wasn't that old so we opted for repair vs new purchase. Darius is a very nice person but I was disappointed in the outcome. The dryer was making a very loud banging noise and intermittent squeaking. Darius replaced one drum roller (he obviously only had one in his vehicle) when 2 should have been replaced. He gave me the one roller that was replaced. We were charged for 2- there was still a "less loud" banging noise which I believe was the roller he didn't have with him to replace. The squeaking continued. When he said he would do a maintenance check for $39.95 (I agreed) I thought that would include lubricating parts in addition to the vacuuming that he did (my assumption). I called asking if both rollers were replaced but didn't get a direct answer. As far as the squeaking, Darius offered to replace a part (can't recall name) but I said I didn't want to put more money into dryer. Then he offered to lubricate that part but I didn't want any more visits for the dryer. Total bill $357.40 (2 drum rollers 39.88, maintenance check 39.95) + $10 tip which could have been put toward a new dryer.
