I could not be more angry with the people at Just Appliance Repair. They charged us money up front to do a job and they still have not completed said job! They took our money all the way back at the beginning of November. It is now the end of February and they keep telling us that they are waiting for a certain part to come in! This is just ridiculous. I would give them the lowest rating in every possible way, this is simply unreal. They should only collect payment AFTER the job has been finished! Then maybe it would not take so long.

We understand your frustration when it comes to waiting on a part- We apologize again for the delay, but the circumstance is beyond our control. We endeavor to have parts as quickly as possible, usually in 3-5 business days, when they are in stock. Unfortunately the valve that you need has not been made available yet. As has been explained to you previously, it is on back-order. We are happy we were able to fix your dishwasher and repair your bake ignitor. We will contact you as soon as it is available for scheduling once your valve is available. Thank you for your feedback.
