Our family currently resides at one of your properties on 4109 Macy Lane in Keller, TX. Saturday evening our air conditioning stopped working, and my husband proceeded to make calls to Century 21 hoping that someone would receive our message despite the fact that it was the week-end. At around 9:30pm, we received a message from one of your staff members, Miranda, letting us know that she was aware of our problem and apologized for the inconvenience. She proceeded to tell us that she had been in touch with a couple of air conditioning companies that would hopefully contact us Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Considering the extremely hot temperatures that we have been experiencing, we were so relieved! Miranda even took the time on Sunday morning to follow up with us to see if we had been contacted by one of the companies. After continuing to try and reach the companies by phone, with no success, Miranda let us know that she had contacted another person who would be calling us soon. By noon, the serviceman called, and soon after he arrived, we had air conditioning!! We cannot thank Miranda enough for her persistence and lack of hesitation in addressing our problem. That level of professionalism and compassion deserves to be commended, and you are fortunate to have someone like her on your team. We are grateful knowing that our management company cares for its tenants. The small steps that Miranda took made a huge difference and a wonderful impression!
