Thank you all very much for pitching in and making my baby shower amazing. I wasn't expecting anything like that, I think you are all awesome! I appreciate all the gifts. To those of you that didn't see all the gifts, I got some great stuff. I love the sleepers with the dinosaur feet! And the Nike onesies are too cute! And the cute puppy pjs with the paw print! Especially all the useful stuff like diapers, wipes, bath and burp clothes. everything was great! William was kind enough to take photos and I'm sure everyone will see them eventually.so I'd just like to throw this little disclaimer in here for training purposes. I am really skinny. the baby is HUGE! It's not my fault! The baby demanded that I eat all of those 10 o'clock snickers! J On an emotional note you've all been very supportive and I've loved every joke, every lecture and yes even every dirty look I got when I lit a cigarette. You've all kept me sane through the whole thing, and have really made me feel cared about during the pregnancy. I am looking forward to a little less pain and pants that fit! A Horrible Experience 1/4/2012

This company is perfect for you if you hate good customer service. Judge Fite offers an online bill, which you can pay online. The charges there are never correct. Almost every month, I would look at my bill and it would have either unpaid charges, and/or late fees from unpaid charges from last month. This would be okay if, in fact, I had known that there were unpaid charges. My roommates and I would always pay the balance due, (ie: remaining balance = 0.00) but there would always be an unpaid balance on the next months bill! This company caused me more stress than the 9 classes I take every semester. The management team's employees do not really know what your charges are either. When ever I would call about it, they seemed to know about as much as me (which is quite frustrating, indeed). I have been moved out of that home for 3 months now, and I just got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying that I owe 216.50 in overdue charges. When we paid out last bill, the balance was,of course, 0 dollars. There is no way for me to see my balance anymore because the online system does not work anymore since I am no longer a tenant. This charge is completely ridiculous and it was also far beyond the last straw. I will not only tell me friends to stay away from this terrible company, but to run. Run as fast as they possibly can. more

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 8/3/2011

I am a previous tenant that feels the practices of this company are sub par. During my year and half of rental with this company they were unavailable. If at any time I needed to reach my property manager, even with her cell number, they would not return phone calls. I could reach the front office who would simply every time transfer me to a voice mail box. During my move out I contacted cell phone numbers, office, and even the assistant to my property manager 17 times over a 4 day span and still have not received a call back one month later. I understand they word their rental agreements so they can take most if not all of your deposit. I asked several times to have a move out inspection done and was told we won't do that. The reason why is so they can make up charges to charge you. When I asked for the corporate number I was told by the front office administrator, ""i can't give you that number"". Why would a company do a move in inspection to protect their own interest but deny a paying customer to do the same with a move out inspection. I have been charged for carpet cleaning which I had done before i moved out. scuff marks????? This place was cleaned for 2 days with magic erasers over every inch of the location just to make sure no ""scuff marks"" or finger prints were left behind. I have made a call in requesting the receipts and once again can not get a call back. If you are looking at a rental home I strongly suggest you do not use this company. They are only good at answering your calls when you are looking to rent from them. Even when we asked if they could show us some of their other unit's because we wanted to find a larger location that would fit our family, I was told by my property manager to contact the listing manager because she was to busy. To busy to take care of your customers??? Come on Lindsey. You know in a year and a half of rental with you I never even met you. Must be a relaxing job when you do not have call, contact, see, or do any work for your clients. Very Dissatisfied Customer, Jeff Purdy more
