This should suffice. I know that there is only so much info I can ask for legally. Her employment seems stable & her rental history with y'all seems fine, so it looks like I can approve her application. Again let me say how truly impressed I am with your customer service & your solution-seeking, positive attitude in helping me to get the information I needed. That sort of people-friendly service is, sadly, becoming a rarity these days. Thanks to you, I will remember--and share with friends--my great experience with Judge Fite. You're a wonderful ambassador for your company (and you can tell them I said so!). more

Amazing Baby Shower 4/26/2011

Thank you all very much for pitching in and making my baby shower amazing. I wasn't expecting anything like that, I think you are all awesome! I appreciate all the gifts. To those of you that didn't see all the gifts, I got some great stuff. I love the sleepers with the dinosaur feet! And the Nike onesies are too cute! And the cute puppy pjs with the paw butt print! Especially all the useful stuff like diapers, wipes, bath and burp clothes.everything was great! William was kind enough to take photos and I'm sure everyone will see them eventually.so I'd just like to throw this little disclaimer in here *for training purposes* I am really skinny.the baby is HUGE! It's not my fault! The baby demanded that I eat all of those 10 o'clock snickers! J On an emotional note you've all been very supportive and I've loved every joke, every lecture and yes even every dirty look I got when I lit a cigarette. You've all kept me sane through the whole thing, and have really made me feel cared about during the pregnancy. I am looking forward to a little less pain and pants that fit! Leslie, Thank you for cooking the great food.I'm sorry Alan ate it all. Please thank Elise for the cake also.it was so good!! I get my rent proceeds quickly and their move in and move out procedures are thorough. Tenants do not get away with damaging my rentals . They doccument my property well throughout the management process with digital photos which tells the story. more

Quick, easy to pay rent 3/21/2011

I've used Judge Fite on 2 different occasions, and I will be renting from them in the future. They have been quick to get things done when problems arise, and the owner of the home I rent calls me within a few hours. The owner comes out and fixes any problems I've had. I can autopay rent online and that makes it easy to get rent in on the first right on time.? more

Over 35 years of going far beyond the call of duty 3/8/2011

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Management Company has managed my rental properties since 1974. All (but one) of my properties are now paid off, they have helped put my children through college and now have given my family financial stability. My checks have been on time each month. The repairs, when needed, have been made timely at a fair and reasonable price. The property managers of Judge Fite Management Company have gone far beyond the call of duty to protect my investments! RENTAL RIP OFF 3/3/2011

This is the worst company I have ever rented from. They charge your for normal wear and tear on the property like $350 to fill nail holes, $200 for carpet cleaning, and whatever else they can charge you for. They even charged me an additional 10 of rent after I moved out and returned the keys. Now no one will communicate with me. They will not answer the phones or respond to emails. I have tried contacting everyone up to the president. If you rent from them do not expect your deposit back. My balance was over $2000 on a house that they rented out for only $795, which was all that it was worth. I would rather use that money on a legal consultant. more
