WORST FLOWERSHOP EVER!!!! 1/11/2012

I decided to buy my partner some flowers for his birthday, i stopped by this flower shop and asked if the delivered on Sunday; it was December 18th, 2011. They said they did they charged me 54.32 including a delivery fee. The price was good so i told them to deliver in the morning wen my partner would be home. They said they'd deliver ""before noon"". I had to work that day in the morning so the flowers were going to be a surprise for hi while i was at work. I was anxiously waiting from a text all morning from my partner telling me thank you for the flowers or something of that nature, nothing was reccieved. I figured they had been a little late so i gave them until 1:32pm. That was just a little bit more than an hour and a half, and i called them. they did not answer, i called again and left a message on their machine, i called a third and nothing. I then proceeded to ask my partner if anything had been delivered for him thus ruining the surprise, i asked him to stay home although he had work because there was going to be a delivery of some flowers. He stayed home as i called a fourth time and they finally answered, they said the driver was late. Here's the deal, this is a ""professional"" business, its their responsability to show up on time and if not at least let the person know, the point of the flowers was for him to be surprised while i was at work! What happened was that they showed up late 4 hours late i was already at home and well my partner missed out on a surprise and a days of work. I called wen the flowers were delivered and asked for a refund, the lady said yes don't worry and here we are Janurary 11 2012 and still no refund. I don't want this buissness making money off of me. i will gladly pay for what the vase and flowers cost but want a refund of the delivery charge AND whatever proffit this store would have made. BAD SERVICE AT THIS FLOWER SHOP DO NOT GO HERE!! more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR FLOWERS!!~ 5/10/2011

We've used Jenny's for a few years, and my sister did as well. Things seemed ok, but they're not cheap. This year, I was going to be out of the country on a business trip, so I called Jenny's and ordered a bouquet w/ ballooons for my wedding anniversary. I also ordered a 2nd bouquet (upgraded to deluxe) + balloons for my wife's birthday which was 7 days later. They charged my credit card the full amount.\r \r Well, the first bouquet came.. and no balloons. Ok... ? \r I called them to find out why no balloon, and they say I didn't order it.\r WTF.\r \r So now I'm away on the business trip, and I called my wife on her birthday... and NOTHING. No flowers... no balloons... NOTHING.\r WTF... again.\r \r I called Jenny's when I got back, and they apologied and said they will refund me whatever was not delivered. They also promised a ""Apology"" bouquet... so I figured I'll be patient. The day it was supposed to come... NOTHING... so I called after business hrs, and they said they'll get it out. \r The ""apology"" bouquet came around 7:30pm!! Look like they forgot again.\r \r Anyway, I have called over 10 times.. and every time they lie and say we refunded you... or we'll call you back...and even the owner told me they have refunded and to wait a few day to have it show up. It's been almost 3 MONTHS... and STILL NO REFUND! I'm not talking about $20 ... I'm talking over $100 I still need refunded! It's like they're waiting for me to forget. I've been WAY PATIENT with them... but I've had it. That's how they treat a loyal customer for several years... No respect!!\r \r JENNY'S FLOWER IS A TERRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS. \r \r GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FLOWERS!!!!\r \r more

Empty Promise, Very Poor Customer Service 3/11/2008

What an unfortunate circumstance! I ordered a $75 bouquet (+tax & delivery) to be delivered to my husband as a surprise for our 1st Anniversary. I explained where the flowers needed to be sent and by what time, and they said, ""NO problem."" Needless to say, the flowers didn't make it to him :( I called Jenny's at 4pm to find out where the flowers were, and they couldn't get in touch with the driver.\r \r I called the next day to find out what happened, and the owner Jim basically said they left the flowers at the volunteer desk and trused they would deliver the flowers to my husband. Jim offered no consolation or discount, he just made excuses.\r \r I gotta' tell ya', I was really upset, especially after talking to the owner! I will never use Jenny's Flowers again or recommend them to anyone! more

Bad service, bad attitiude 10/16/2006

I ordered white roses for my wife for our anniversary. Instead they delivered a cheesy and cheaper-looking arrangement with only a few roses. They also charged a few dollars more than the posted price the arrangement I requested. I called them about it and they said they change the arrangements sometimes and were pretty arrogant about it, as if I shouldn't question their taste. I'm OK with minor variations and, in all fairness, the flowers were fresh, but they changed the order completely. I've ordered flowers many times and have never had service this bad. Pros: flowers were fresh Cons: arrogant and poor service more
