Empty Promise, Very Poor Customer Service 3/11/2008

What an unfortunate circumstance! I ordered a $75 bouquet (+tax & delivery) to be delivered to my husband as a surprise for our 1st Anniversary. I explained where the flowers needed to be sent and by what time, and they said, ""NO problem."" Needless to say, the flowers didn't make it to him :( I called Jenny's at 4pm to find out where the flowers were, and they couldn't get in touch with the driver.\r \r I called the next day to find out what happened, and the owner Jim basically said they left the flowers at the volunteer desk and trused they would deliver the flowers to my husband. Jim offered no consolation or discount, he just made excuses.\r \r I gotta' tell ya', I was really upset, especially after talking to the owner! I will never use Jenny's Flowers again or recommend them to anyone! more
