I took my 2006 Lexus to this shop because the CD player was not playing, wouldn't eject disks & made screeching noises. They removed the radio/CD player and told me that it would take 2-3 days to get me an idea what was wrong along with an estimate.\r \r Within 5 business hours, they called and told me what was wrong, what the cost would be to repair and when it would be done. Within 6 business hours they had my CD player fixed and ready to go back into my Lexus.\r \r I left their shop (after they removed the unit) in the middle of Tuesday afternoon and had them reinstall the repaired unit just before they closed on Wednesday afternoon.\r \r In my case, these guys delivered way more than what they promised me and the CD player seems to be working fine. I would use them again for car stereo repairs.\r more

HORRIBLE! They literally told me to FU** OFF because they didn't fix my equipment properly. \r \r I brought in my Pioneer CDJ 1000 to get it repaired. They called me a week later saying it was ready, so I picked it up and brought it to my DJ gig. When I plugged it in, I realized that it wasn't fixed at all. I called them and told them it wasn't fixed and they said to bring it in and they will go over it again. When I bring it in I make sure to describe in great detail EXACTLY what is wrong. They call back a week later saying they can't see anything wrong with it. After describing once again exactly what is wrong with it, they say it has to be the pitch slider. They say they will get it repaired. \r \r I get a call 2 weeks later saying it is fixed. I go in to pick it up, but this time I ask to test it before leaving. The front desk guy plugs it in and It still had the exact same problem. He goes to tell the repair guy in the back that it isn't fixed and I hear him say (quite loudly) ""Are you kidding me... Tell him to FU** OFF!"" \r \r Needless to say, I will definitely NEVER go back to this place. If you want your equipment repaired properly and don't like to be told to F*** OFF, then find somewhere else. more

l. I called to see if they could fix my bose sounddock, and they told me that they would check it out and call me back with an estimate and that they would be done by the middle of the next week. Not only did they never call with an estimate, they didnt have it done by the end of the next week and when they did finally finish they never called to tell me so! ON top of all this i got the sounddock home and they had not fixed anything, it still didnt work properly even though i asked them if they tested it. I will never use them again. more
