l. I called to see if they could fix my bose sounddock, and they told me that they would check it out and call me back with an estimate and that they would be done by the middle of the next week. Not only did they never call with an estimate, they didnt have it done by the end of the next week and when they did finally finish they never called to tell me so! ON top of all this i got the sounddock home and they had not fixed anything, it still didnt work properly even though i asked them if they tested it. I will never use them again.
