HORRIBLE! They literally told me to FU** OFF because they didn't fix my equipment properly. \r \r I brought in my Pioneer CDJ 1000 to get it repaired. They called me a week later saying it was ready, so I picked it up and brought it to my DJ gig. When I plugged it in, I realized that it wasn't fixed at all. I called them and told them it wasn't fixed and they said to bring it in and they will go over it again. When I bring it in I make sure to describe in great detail EXACTLY what is wrong. They call back a week later saying they can't see anything wrong with it. After describing once again exactly what is wrong with it, they say it has to be the pitch slider. They say they will get it repaired. \r \r I get a call 2 weeks later saying it is fixed. I go in to pick it up, but this time I ask to test it before leaving. The front desk guy plugs it in and It still had the exact same problem. He goes to tell the repair guy in the back that it isn't fixed and I hear him say (quite loudly) ""Are you kidding me... Tell him to FU** OFF!"" \r \r Needless to say, I will definitely NEVER go back to this place. If you want your equipment repaired properly and don't like to be told to F*** OFF, then find somewhere else.
