I took my 2006 Lexus to this shop because the CD player was not playing, wouldn't eject disks & made screeching noises. They removed the radio/CD player and told me that it would take 2-3 days to get me an idea what was wrong along with an estimate.\r

Within 5 business hours, they called and told me what was wrong, what the cost would be to repair and when it would be done. Within 6 business hours they had my CD player fixed and ready to go back into my Lexus.\r

I left their shop (after they removed the unit) in the middle of Tuesday afternoon and had them reinstall the repaired unit just before they closed on Wednesday afternoon.\r

In my case, these guys delivered way more than what they promised me and the CD player seems to be working fine. I would use them again for car stereo repairs.\r
