We took our suburban for the alignment as they were referred to us. They took care of the alignment and was pleasant to deal with however 3hrs later our AC stopped working. We called to let them know that something must have happened while they were working on it and they denied that it could have happened. So then they weren't trustworthy so we took it to our regular car repair shop and had to spend $300+ to replace the compressor that they hit with a wrench. Don't trust them... go somewhere else. These guys are great, ripped a hole in the radiator of my dodge cummins during a daily trip to the land fill dumping shingles. Called my dodge service dept. and was told 2-3 days. Well I did the samething back in Febuary, hole thru the radiator at the land fill, 2 1/2 days and 1280.00 it was fixed by the dealership. This time I could not wait 3 days, called Jefferys, they said get it up here.....well I was cashing out 5 hours later for only 714.00. They did the exact same thing as the dealership did earlier in the year, except faster, cheaper, with all the same exact parts, and a warrenty for 2years/24k miles. The dealer gave be 30 days. They have a new customer. more

They don't prescribe anything we don't need. They give us the option to and recommend it but they don't force it. They go the extra mile in a lot of little ways and take care of us. I have used Jeffrey's Automotive Repair about 4 times. This last summer I took my truck in and they did a front end alignment. The front end started shaking months later so I took it in to them again. They correctly diagnosed that a front tire was out of balance. They did not charge me for that diagnosis. He told me if I got two new front tires the truck would run like new, and thats exactly what happened. more

Jeffrey's Automotive is A-1. I've dealt with them for 10 to 15 years and they have always been good. If there is a problem, they will take the car back and take care of it. You couldn't ask for a better place to get something done. I refer a lot of people to them. I just feel confident with any work they do and the way they do it. more

Jeffrey's Automotive was great. I just needed a safety inspection, and I was in and out of there in probably 35 minutes maybe. They said I needed new windshield wipers, but I told them that my Lexus has had problems with aftermarket windshield wipers. They checked it out, fit it with a new set, and they were steel, like the original ones that came on the car. What I'm say is they're buying products that have more quality than auto parts stores are selling in the way of windshield wipers, and I'm pleased with their service. W. Gray more

At Jeffrey's Automotive Repair, the service is as good as it can get, and I would say the quality is good two. Two weeks ago they installed a fuel pump in my vehicle, and though it turned out to be defective, which I know is the suppliers fault and no theirs, they took care of it with no problem at all. more

Jeffrey's Automotive Repair was excellent. I had to bring the vehicle back after a couple of month or so to have it fixed again, but they fixed it without even charging me. I thought that was so sweet! They are very good. more

Make sure you get a 2nd opinion before letting this place work on your truck. Took in son's truck a few weeks ago cuz son said there was no power when he hit the gas. It's a 2000 Ranger w/189K miles, we've had it for about 4 yrs. This place chrged me $1175 and the truck wasn't running any better. They replaced hoses, wires, spark plugs & 2 injectors. They said it was ready on Wed-I said we'd pick it u Fri. Son drives car off lot and still no power. I asked if they tested the truck-they said yes. Took it back -They did do a compression check on the valves, which I'm told by 3 mechanics (each w/about 30+yrs in biz) is usually the 1st thing u ck (this should have been done in the beginning). They said #5 valve needs to be replaced(which means more $$$). Had my ex & his mechanic friend (Jeff) come from Duncanville and Jeff could not believe what they chrgd in labor and what they did was basically routine stuff. Had they done a compression ck first, it could have resolved some of the other issues. Only ONE person is ASE certified in that entire shop!!!! ONE!! They didn't reconnect the heating gage. The gas gage was screwed up. My ex & Jeff finally got it running smoothly and maybe put in about $50 in parts. NEVER again will I take my truck to this place and I'm even talking to an atty now. I've been going to Jeffrey's Automotive Supercenter for over three years now. They are really nice people there, they do what they tell you they're going to do. The only thing is that I've paid about $2000 for replacing four power window regulators and each time the price has varied. I just plum don't understand why the prices vary so much! Plus there's a supply charge of $25 every time. These things add up! Their prices are equal to or greater then the dealer, only I'd have to drive a ways to get to the dealer. Overall, I'd say my experience with them has been good, I just wish they would explain the variance in charges to me.
