I would like to tel Thomas Locke is one of the best service advisor I have ever had had at Jacksonville Chrysler. He really went far beyond than any other there. I will always be asking for him to help me out when I needed service of any kind with your dealership. I also would like to comment on the machanic who worked on mu 2004 PT CRUISER he went to work on it quickly and did great work on it. Also Karen in your service department was so king and helpful to me. I just felt like man they really take pride in their jobs and work hard. Thank you very much for you choice of employee's you have there I am not a young person and feel they are very respectful to the senior's. more

My family and I have baught a couple vehicals from this dealership as well as several of neighbors. The most recent was a 2011, Jeep not only was it a sold at a very fair price.! They gave me more than I expected for our trade. I have delt with several of the mangers, they explain more then any other dealership I have ever been. I have had three differant salesmen many of the young sales guys all nice guys did need help but knew about each trucks i baught everyone around was have fun buying their cars, treat people the way you want to be treated it gose a long way I guess. One my freinds told me about this could not beleive it but heres my comments. I did and will continue to do business there.They gave my wife manicure on monday. shes bring my truck there next week. cant beat that I get her new cheerokee for the day. My Experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge was great, the salesman knew a lot about the Jeep I was buying,there wasnt alot of back n forth, And they gave me $2,000 more for my trade then Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I would recommend this dealership then any other. more

Troy Smith showed me a JGC Overland V8 yesterday. Very friendly and knowledgable. He did his job well- asked for the sale, but didn't pressure me. Encouraged me to get a better price before coming back- his pricing was very aggressive and i liked his honesty and style. Will definitely go back when I am ready to get this car and highly recommend asking for him when you go. more

Please forward this to either the dealership manager or the owner. I recently loss the key to my sons 2009 Jeep Commander. After calling a number of dealerships I called yours. I spoke with a young man named Chris who ordered me a new one. When it came in he called me to let me know. I called the service dept and spoke with a lady named Christy. My son ( Mark) took the Jeep into the shop and had it programmed. Because of these two employees my next Jeep will be from Jax. Chrysler Jeep. We own two now. They are both trained very well and are very professional. The are a pleasure to talk with. Not only was I pleased with the service I received, my son was very impressed with the dealership when he went in. I want to thank you for having these two employees. If they are an example of the employees you hire I would say your dealership is doing well. Thank you again for the service I recieved. Oh, by the way I live in Starke and yes we do have a Jeep dealer here. more
