I spoke with a young man named Chris who ordered me a new one. When it came in he called me to let me know. I called the service dept and spoke with a lady named Christy. My son ( Mark) took the Jeep into the shop and had it programmed. Because of these two employees my next Jeep will be from Jax. Chrysler Jeep. We own two now. They are both trained very well and are very professional. The are a pleasure to talk with. Not only was I pleased with the service I received, my son was very impressed with the dealership when he went in. I want to thank you for having these two employees. If they are an example of the employees you hire I would say your dealership is doing well. Thank you again for the service I recieved. Oh, by the way I live in Starke and yes we do have a Jeep dealer here.
