Kudos to Christy Braddy! She helped me soo much in the last few days! I called on Saturday regarding a rear window that had fallen into the door on Friday. She had it fixed and ready for pick up on Monday. Because of the late pick up on my part, it wasn't until I got home Monday and checked the windows inthe driveway....the OTHER rear window did the exact same thing!! I was able to get the car back to her at noon today and she had it ready for pick up after work. Not only that, she worked with my extended warranty company to waive the deductible and arranged for shuttle service. She went above and beyond and made a strange situation seem tolerable. Thank you Christy. I look forward to working with you in the future. more

I wanted to let you let someone know what wonderful service I have received at the Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. My car was towed to the dealership over a month ago due to fluids leaking out. The jeep is under warranty through Max Care. I began dealing with Thomas Lock before the vehicle was even towed to the dealership. He was and has continued to be extremely helpful and courteous. He continued to communicate with me and keep me informed as to the status of the repairs. On September 2nd the repairs were completed and I picked my vehicle up. I was going out of town to vacation a few days in Orlando on Friday, September 3rd when the vehicle overheated on 95 just past St. Augustine. Thomas advised me to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. Due to the distance involved the towing charge was $285.00 even with my AAA membership. Thomas received approval from his boss to cover the towing fee. I can’t even tell you how much this helped as I probably would not have been able to take my out of town vacation if I had to pay for the tow. Throughout the following week Thomas assisted me in working with MaxCare in order to have the additional repairs approved. It was a very difficult time for me and Thomas continued to be extremely helpful and very honest about what was going on and what I needed to do throughout the ordeal. Max Care did approve all charges and Thomas called me today to advise my car was ready to go home. Thomas made sure I had transportation through both times the car was at the dealership…some of the rentals at his expense, not through Max Care. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for everything Thomas has done and how pleased I am with my experience at your dealership. I would recommend anyone to come to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I will be a returning customer for any future maintenance or warranty work on my Jeep. more

Just wanted to let you know about my recent experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the moment I was greeted until I left with a car rental, the experience was FIRST CLASS!!!! Your representative, Christy, was very efficient and answered all of my questions. I was then shown to Enterprise where my rental transaction was just as smooth. On Friday morning Christy called to tell me what was wrong with my car. I told her to wait until she heard back from me to go forward or not. I went to the dealership, met with a Salesperson, Michael, and ended up buying a new car! That was no on my list of things to do, however everyone at the Dealership made the experience fantastic. Just thought you would like to know! more

Easy Going Experience 9/8/2010

This is my 5th vehicle purchase in my lifetime, and it was by far the most easy going experience I have had. So far, I love my Jeep and have already collected about an inch of beach sand in the wheel wells in the few short days I have owned it! All I have to do now is get the soft top, a walk thru as in how to operate the soft top, and I will be set.And thanks for the emails. Your personal correspondence is what was the deciding factor in getting me in the door at Jax Jeep, versus Orange Park or Rick Keffer. It is great to see people put in the extra effort to earn your business. more

I have to let you know that I was at your dealership 2 separate times on Saturday to have the oil changed on each of our vehicles. I was really pleased with my overall experience. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. I had different service writers each time and both were efficient and were sincere in their mannerisms. I hung out in the quiet area with the computers and this time I was able to get on to many more websites so my time at your dealership was enjoyable. I also had a question about the video player in my car and a young man named Daniel took the time to try to help. I think that it will require a follow-up visit but he did take the time to see if it was possibly just an error that I was making. When I returned to the vehicles each time there was no dirt or oil or smudgy hand prints anywhere. more

Please forward this to either the dealership manager or the owner. I recently loss the key to my sons 2009 Jeep Commander. After calling a number of dealerships I called yours. I spoke with a young man named Chris who ordered me a new one. When it came in he called me to let me know. I called the service dept and spoke with a lady named Christy. My son ( Mark) took the Jeep into the shop and had it programmed. Because of these two employees my next Jeep will be from Jax. Chrysler Jeep. We own two now. They are both trained very well and are very professional. The are a pleasure to talk with. Not only was I pleased with the service I received, my son was very impressed with the dealership when he went in. I want to thank you for having these two employees. If they are an example of the employees you hire I would say your dealership is doing well. Thank you again for the service I recieved. Oh, by the way I live in Starke and yes we do have a Jeep dealer here. more

Jacksonville CJD is my dealership and the only dealership in the area I will ever use for Service or New car purchase. Your staff has been ""Always, Friendly and Courteous for me!"" My only problem is I was suprised it cost $29.95 + tax to get my tire repaired. But, that is Ok now. more
