I had an engagement ring in my head for months, but couldn't find the exact one I knew I wanted. I found J's website and from looking at a few samples there, I immediately knew he would be able to make my antique-inspired ring. I did some serious homework- I went to all the stores, looked at all the online shops, scoured diamond message boards, and I thought for my price I would be getting a fairly small ring. I came in with a lot of different ideas, and within minutes he knew exactly what I was talking about. He found the perfect stone for me within a week (which was TWICE the size I thought I could afford), and even though I was on vacation a few weeks later when the ring came in, he overnighted it to me in Florida so I could propose on the beach. What personalized service! Needless to say as someone who was about to propose, I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing from the get-go. But J made it so easy and the whole thing was done before I knew it. The ring is amazing! And she said yes! If you have lots of ideas, or even no ideas, J will get you what you want. On a side note, we just saw a very similar ring today, and the price was WAY higher than what we paid. Such friendliness, attention, personal service, high high quality, and great prices made getting this ring a lot of fun. I can't wait to have J do our wedding bands so I can write another great review, and so we can have some more great jewelry. Thanks, J!
