Horrible customer service. I bought a bed from the warehouse and discovered that they failed to include parts to the bed I bought. I called the warehouse who assured me that if I called on the weekday, the front office could send the missing parts out to me. I called the front office several times only to get transferred randomly to voicemails. No one was willing to help! This company does not care about customer service once you walk out the door. Make sure you check your merchandise to make sure you have all your parts before you leave the store or else you're never going to be able to assemble your purchase. more

DO NOT buy from interior express. I paid for TWO couches almost 2 months ago and still not received them. I continue to call customer service who give one excuse after another. I asked fora refund, so I could just buy from someone else and they will not refund my money!! They told me my couches were stuck in customs for weeks!! Then I was finally told that my couches were going to be delivered. On the day of the supposed delivery...no couches. I called and was told that the driver called off! They told me my couches would be here the following day. Well guess what, still no couches. Called again today and was told that the delivery truck broke down!! I'm about yo call my bank regarding FRAUD since I paid for my items and never reviewed them. TERRIBLE business . more

I ordered a bed frame from them that was back ordered which I was completely okay with. I paid in full and was going to arrange pickup on my end. A month later I was told I could come for pickup on WED. I hired someone to pickup for me. When he got there was nothing to pick up. When I spoke to a manager they basically said I was just out the cash I had paid and they would let me know when I could pick it up (even though they already said I could. So they basically screwed me out of $50. You would think a company with good customer service would have offered to ship it on their dime or reimburse the $50 I spent. Never doing business here again. more

I just read a review from an illiterate individual that acted as if the person never drove in an industrial area, and saw forklifts as some monstrous machines of destruction. Before last Christmas I was looking for a great flat screen tv stand to go with an HDTV I was giving for a gift. I saw a nice one for $199, and I grabbed it. Later I looked up the product code online to do a price check. Everyone in the country was selling the stand with monitor hanger for $350-399. This was a huge saving on a quality piece of unassembled furniture in the box. A great deal. Not everything they sell is great. If is not a regular furniture store. If you find any item you can use, then you can save enough cash to take the family out to a nice restaurant. A good deal. more

I am writing this review from a different spectrum. I live in California and purchased a convertible sofa online. Interior Express used Roadrunner Transport. I received a call from Roadrunner asking me to call them back to set up a delivery. Over one and a half days I called four times, each time the phone went directly to voicemail. I never did receive a call back. I finally contacted Interior Express, and through them a supervisor from Roadrunner called. She informed me that I could have the furniture delivered because I ""hadn't set up a delivery with the scheduling dept."" How on earth could I set up a delivery, if the darn department never answered their phone and never called me back. I am sitting at home today in the hope that they will deliver by 10am California time. They have five more minutes! Interior Design -- use another transport company. Roadrunner sucks. more

If you're a bargain hunter like I am, you will totally love this place. And as soon as you walk in, you will realize that you'll need at least an hour to walk around and check out all their offerings. I focussed on the so-called ""bump-n-dent"" and discontinued items -- that's where the serious markdowns are. It's a ""no muss, no fuss"" kind of place, so if you're looking for a chi-chi shopping experience, go elsewhere. But if you want to get great furniture for really discounted prices, this could be the best place in the city. Well worth the trip. more

My first impression was that this place is a real warehouse. No frills here. No great decor. No nice ambient lighting. No, this isn't an upscale furniture store, but boy did I find some upscale furniture. The prices were consistently much lower than any I've seen around the city, even at the popular discount shops. The real deals are for local pick-up, so if you're lucky enough to live nearby, swing by and check it out. I got a beautiful leather sectional and a gorgeous cherry wood mirror for a ridiculous price. more

Don't waste your time! It took me forever to find this place even with the help of modern technology. My poor new car I could hear it hurt on the way due to the bad streets conditions(you would not mind the big pot holes unless you drive a big container trucks like you will see all round you --- kind of scary to me to drive among them). but I was hoping I could find a diamond in a rough once I got there safe. I almost kicked my own ass if I could, for making the decision to come here---the place is in the mid of a warehouse, dark, dusty, cold, forklifts were moving around you with loads on, I was so scared I could either hit by the forklift or the huge boxes of furniture would fall on me. This is not really legal for doing retail, I'm so surprise Bensenville Township does not shut it down! Maybe someone got bribed or something--- this happens. Anyway, if you want to claim life insurance then come to this place often. The furniture they sell there is so cheap looking; it is all brown or black, and no style at all. Most importantly, the quality is so bad. I tried some chairs--- which they claim are the reproduction of designer piece--- so flimsy! It could break the second day you bring home; the barstools they sell, most of them the mechanism which allows them go up&down are not working; the leather stuff they sell were made of the cheapest material in China with bad craftsmanship. I don?t mean made in China is bad, there are nice quality stuff they make there now, but this cheap place, you can imagine they would not spend money to buy good stuff . Most outrageous --- Later I heard from some friend?s friend that they have their best selling chairs and sofas called ?le Corbusier? were actually with mold and they tried to clean out surface and are still selling them. What honest business would do that! The mold grows from inside, it could grow once again and people could get really sick! Please do yourself a favor and don't be deceived by any of their advertisement---that is the only thing they are good about! more

This is a big warehouse full of modern and contemporary furniture. The place looks dirty but it's one of those holes in the wall you go to to get a good deal. when you go inside the place is huge and there's tons of cheap furniture. this is a great little furniture store more
