Horrible customer service. I bought a bed from the warehouse and discovered that they failed to include parts to the bed I bought. I called the warehouse who assured me that if I called on the weekday, the front office could send the missing parts out to me. I called the front office several times only to get transferred randomly to voicemails. No one was willing to help! This company does not care about customer service once you walk out the door. Make sure you check your merchandise to make sure you have all your parts before you leave the store or else you're never going to be able to assemble your purchase.
