DO NOT buy from interior express. I paid for TWO couches almost 2 months ago and still not received them. I continue to call customer service who give one excuse after another. I asked fora refund, so I could just buy from someone else and they will not refund my money!! They told me my couches were stuck in customs for weeks!! Then I was finally told that my couches were going to be delivered. On the day of the supposed delivery...no couches. I called and was told that the driver called off! They told me my couches would be here the following day. Well guess what, still no couches. Called again today and was told that the delivery truck broke down!! I'm about yo call my bank regarding FRAUD since I paid for my items and never reviewed them. TERRIBLE business .
