Good afternoon,I arrived in Miami at the Intercontinental an hour ago and I must compliment your staff on greeting me with a sincerity that I have not received in quite some time from hotel staff. I have traveled to other highend hotels in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in the past month and the welcoming I received from three individuals within the first 10 minutes made my checking in the best ever. The bellman, lobby manager and Claudia at check in were genuinely pleasant and I look forward to the rest of my stay. Well done Intercontinental!!!!Sincerely,Mark Zayec more

Your hotel was beautiful and Toro Toro was delicious and their staff very attentive. Your room service staff was also great and everyone had a smile on their face and was helpful. more

Surprise, surprise!!! Coming to a city hotel one could hardly expect a resort experience, but the Intercontinental Miami Hotel is a world class resort and spa...and believe it or not, it is ever more stunning than the photos that are available online! We were greeted like king and queen and have felt that everyone appreciates us being here. Bringing customers back and telling everyone I know about it. This is a MUST stay when traveling to Miami. Congratulations to Intercontinental and everyone on its staff...and I mean EVERYONE! Many thanks for the pampering! more

When I first saw the website for the hotel my expectations were zero, when I got at inter.continental it had already became the best trip ever... With perfect spa service, gym and food, it made my experience in miami go from good to.perfect. Thank you inter continental Miami! more

From the minute you arrive you feel at home.The staff is great, on the ball and efficient .Needed a mini fridge in the room, was delivered immediately The Location and the View is absolutely perfect!
