The hotel is located at a very convenient distance from the airport a great plus for business travelers. The check in process was very quick and rooms are very nice! more

We arrived for a quick quot;spring break quot; weekend, and found Miami in the midst of a monsoon...needless to say, we spent more time in our hotel than on the beach! Thank goodness for Joey, the most beautiful and kind mixologist, and her fabulous staff! All of our contacts in the hotel were wonderful! We hope to return on another rainy weekend so we can spend time with them...the best hotel staff we have encountered lately. Our best regards to all who have served us, and we will be back! From the accommodating Carlos Garcia and staff to the jems in the Intercontinental Club, Florangel, Artimedes, Killey, and Hector...our stay could not have been better! We come to IC for the friendly atmosphere of the IC bar. We love Joey. We have been coming to the bar since 2005 when the heat won the championship. Joey make the best Miami mystique. Our kids grew up coming into the ice and seeing joey and eating at the bar more

Service in the bar has been excellent in the afternoon... Paola is an excellent server with a great personality... She remembers customer names and makes good recommendations with respect to the menu.The evening service is a bit slow, but this is somewhat understandable given the difficulty of predicting customer flow.Overall, a pleasant environment with reasonable prices.Thank you more

We ate at the restaurant and were served by one of the best waiters we have experienced on our trip to the USA polite,courteous and knowledgable and a credit to the hotel please keep this up and we will return many times thank you more
