A busy night, but somehow Isabelle is able to greet with a warm smile, not only every time to the table , but also with some style and panache, just like you want, but do not often get, in Miami. Even the manager took time to stop by and ask if anything was needed. Great lobby bar and experience. First class!! more

David the bartender was very polite and easy to talk to. Made the experience of staying at the hotel that much better. Meeting friendly staff goes a long way for travel enthusiasts. I travel a lot for work and fun and recognize when staff takes there job serious and provides topnotch service. more
