These guys were great! Adam and employees replaced my vintage (1947) gravity heater with a new furnace and even coordinated removal of the asbestos ductwork with an abatement comp...

Very professional people. Arrived on time, very clean and nicely dressed. The technician fully explained the task at hand; which made me feel assured and comfortable. The job was done from start to finish with no problems. I would absolutely request Indoor Comfort Team !!! again. All our requirements were discussed and the technician showed great knowledge, answering all our questions. He gave us a clear and objective estimate, and explained in detail how the service would be performed, what precautions would be taken to protect the work area and the deadlines. He also explained the lifetime warranty on their work (something that nobody else offers.) more

Best Air Conditioning Repair Company. Honest and Reasonable. Called him late in the afternoon when my compressor stopped working. He showed up that evening and had it fixed promptly. He gave me a very fair price and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need. He was very honest and I will use him for all of my AC repair and maintenance needs more

Great experience. This company was a pleasure to do buisness with - and that takes a lot when you are spending a lot on a new uni! Very prompt, professional and plain nice. They replaced the gas lines throughout the house leading to the stove, furnace and hot water heater using the steel flex pipe. They also repaired some wiring to the furnace. more

My wife, Frances, and I have rarely been as pleased with any purchase experience as we have been with the heating and cooling system we just had installed by the Indoor Comfort Team. Your sales manager, Michael Boone, was extremely generous with his time and expertise, answering endless questions and carefully explaining multiple written options. We especially appreciated his refusal to make extravagant promises regarding savings on energy bills, choosing instead to direct us to calculators on utility company and third party websites. Finally, Mike did not press us to make a hasty decision, so we were able to deliberate all we wanted and thus feel comfortable with our final decision. more

He checked the A/C unit, listened to the strange noise, knew immediately what was not working correctly. He took the old one out and put the new one in (after he went and retrieved it from the truck that is). It was the dual capacitor.Member Comments: It went great. He was at our house within 1.5 hours of us calling frantically (at 5pm) saying our A/C had gone out. He was polite and courteous (wore booties over his shoes inside the house). He offered us a maintenance package that we accepted because we had been thinking of getting one anyway and we got a discounted rate because of the service call. He accepted our angie?s list coupon with no problem. They called two days later to set up the first maintenance appointment. And we have a one hour window for when they are to show up. That is truly unheard of for service calls and I appreciate it. We are very pleased with everything so far. more

Adam was extremely generous with his time and expertise, answering endless questions and carefully explaining multiple written options to me. He laid it all out in black and white and he also assisted us with the St. Louis County Cares and Ameren programs that will save us a good deal of money in the long run. He did not press us to make an immediate decision, so we were able to deliberate and feel comfortable with our final decision. more

It wasn't until I used Indoor Comfort Team, did I realize how bad the other electricians were that I had been using. I also realized how important it is to use an expert when dealing with your electrical. He has corrected many problems and I feel safer. Would not use anyone else and recommend Indoor Comfort Team without reservation. more
