My wife, Frances, and I have rarely been as pleased with any purchase experience as we have been with the heating and cooling system we just had installed by the Indoor Comfort Team. Your sales manager, Michael Boone, was extremely generous with his time and expertise, answering endless questions and carefully explaining multiple written options. We especially appreciated his refusal to make extravagant promises regarding savings on energy bills, choosing instead to direct us to calculators on utility company and third party websites. Finally, Mike did not press us to make a hasty decision, so we were able to deliberate all we wanted and thus feel comfortable with our final decision.
