I had an emergency last summer. It got pretty hot in St. Louis. I turned on my air, only to my surprise, I did not have any. Instead I had a funny smell throughout my home. The first technician available was an Indoor Comfort Team. They came out right away and had my air working in no time at all. I am very satisfied. more

Jason was honest and on-time and on-budget. We asked him to do preventive maintenance and to also give us an estimate for a bigger job we thought we needed; the maintenance job indicated that we may not need the bigger job, and he was honest in pointing this out. I had 88 degrees inside my house and rising rapidly. Yuck! Called Indoor's at 5pm, the service van arrived at the expected time just an hour later. They called us with a heads up before arriving, too. And just 1 hour later our a/c was working again. It turned out to be a relatively simple and inexpensive fix, and we were grateful for the quick response. Great service, friendly staff, and we are happy (and cool!) customers. more

Always friendly and accommodating. Have always been there when needed. The work at the house was at very satisfied level. However, the scheduling was less so as the annual maintenance was done well into the heating season. Overall, still satisfied more

Yesterday my air conditioner was blowing but not cooling, of course it had to be 5:30 and 100 degrees outside. Found Indoor's on Google maps so I called and left a message, someone called me back at 8:30, after they had already closed. Scheduled appt for today, they showed up early, very nice, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I will definitely call them in the future. Thanks again. more

My A/C stopped working on a very hot Saturday a few weeks ago. I called Indoor Condort's and they sent someone out within about 30 minutes of my call. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and luckily had the parts needed (blower/motor and capacitor) in his van. He quickly installed the parts and got the A/C working. Everything was up and running again in about 90min-2hrs of my call. Now I see why they get high reviews. more

Ron installed my new wireless thermostat for me. He showed up exactly when he said he would (7:45 in the morning, so he could start before I had to go to work) and got it all done pretty quickly, including installing and explaining the return sensor. No problems at all, in fact the AC seems to be working better with the new thermostat. more
